Quality food at a good price. Nice cosy setting - traditional pub and well looked after. Had a decent set menu with 2 courses for 13.99, there was a 3 course option too but I didn't note the price sorry. Several specials also behind the bar which look to change regularly. Really good local pub & food, definitely recommend!
Disappointing food. Dry chips, overcooked burger on a brown roll. Did get a free hair in my food though. Waitress Emma bought the sweets menu over, but couldn't be bothered to return to take our order so we left after 20 mins waiting.
Sensational vibe, friendly locals, never want to leave. Order the Trophy Bitter.
Steak was good although they forgot my j/pot to go with it! Really poor service! Waited 15 for someone to take pudding order...So didn't bother! Won't be traveling from Preston to go again put it that way:(Oh well plenty of better places
We had a lovely Sunday Roast, very reasonable pricing, relaxing with a happy crowd of punters in the Bar area. x
