Love this plaice - see what I did there! Simple great traditional fish and chips, staff are always excellent and the kids cant wait for fridays chippy tea to come around! The new owners have done a superb job keeping a village asset alive!
My old chippy hasn't changed in 30 years. Good hot food. Great staff and a lovely atmosphere. Love it
Today was my mums birthday we asked her what she wanted for a treat and it was fish and chips. Izzy suggested the chippy in Eccelston we were not disappointed. Portion control is perfect the right sized fish to the number of chips.The curry sauce is to die for super meal and another birthday meal sorted

Just been to refreshed and re opened village Chip shop which has been took over by new management and it didnt disappoint. The Batter was lovely and light and chips were cooked to perfection. Will definitely be a regular visitor.
