Lovely store which always feels very open and welcoming. We often donate items here and they have always been very gratefully received. Often have a mooch round after dropping things off and there's lots for the whole family to choose from!
Went to take some items in. Staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. Watched me struggle through the door and struggle to the till to staff watching, to be told they were not accepting items. They then let me struggle back out of the shop. Customer service is not their forte. I will not be visiting again to make donations or buy anything. shocking!
Not very friendly, welcoming or appreciative despite the fact that we were donating some very useful items. Would have liked to look round but didnt feel comfortable. Not the sort of atmosphere I would have expected on a charity shop.
Generally pleasant and helpful staff, attractive open displays and reasonable variety. Pricing tends to reflect the area rather than the wider marketplace.
